Warranty

GripFlip, Inc. guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normally expected wear.

If your GripFlip Product has a defect within the terms of the warranty, choose one of the two options below:

1) (Option for USA customers) Mail it to us along with the receipt. If we determine the product is defective and covered by the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace the product (at our option) without further cost to you (including free return ground transportation).

1) (Option for international customers) Mail it to us along with the receipt. If we determine the product is defective and covered by the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace the product (at our option) at no cost to you. You will be responsible for return shipping.

2) (Option for USA customers) Take a picture of the defective part or parts and your receipt and email it to admin/gripflip.net. If we determine the product is defected and covered by the terms of this warranty, GripFlip Inc. will mail a new part to you at no cost.

2) (Option for international customers) Take a picture of the defective part and your receipt. Email it to admin/gripflip.net. If we determine the part is defective and covered by the terms of this warranty, GripFlip Inc. will give you the part at no cost. You will be responsible for shipping.

NOTE:
            1) Before choosing option two, click the three bars at the top of our website’s home page. Then click “How to Assemble” and read through the instructions.
            2)You should also make sure you can loosen the screws that hold the handle together.

 

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO POSSESS OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
